By filling out this form, the Consignment Concierge powered by P1 Exotics is best informed to handle all inquiries about your vehicle. Please answer as thoroughly as possible.

Vehicle VIN

Most often 17 characters. Different vehicles from different manufacturers will have the VIN on different parts of their vehicles. The most common location is on the dashboard on the driver’s side. It will be written low on the windshield very close to where the windshield and the dashboard meet, and will be written so that looking at the VIN from the outside gives the best view. The VIN may also be commonly found on the driver’s side door written on the doorjam or the door post.

What is the current mileage?

Do you have all service records for this vehicle?

If not, is there a dealership/auto body shop you consistently use that would have the service records on file? Please provide the name of the dealership/auto body shop.

Is there a lien/loan on the vehicle or do you own it?

If there is a lien/loan, what company is the lienholder/lending company?

How many owners (including yourself) has this vehicle had?

Please list any after-market modifications/upgrades to the vehicle, as well as the approximate cost of each.

Provide as much detail as possible.

Has the vehicle been in any accidents?

If yes, please explain the damage & repairs in as much detail as possible.

Is there currently any damage to the vehicle that needs to be repaired?

If yes, please explain.

Has the vehicle ever been tracked or raced?

If yes, please provide more information.

Are there any factory upgrades or packages?

If yes, please explain in as much detail as possible.

What tools and equipment came with the car and is it still with the car?

How many keys does the vehicle have?

Do you have the original window sticker?

If not, do you you know what dealership originally sold the car? Provide as much detail as possible.

Do you plan on driving the vehicle while it is on consignment?

If yes, approximately how many additional miles do you plan to put on it?

Is there a warranty on the vehicle?

If yes, please provide more details.

What is the date of the most recent service? What service was done?

From where did you purchase/acquire the vehicle?

Are you interested in buying another car? Are you considering a trade-in for this vehicle?

Has the vehicle ever failed a safety or emissions test?

What is the estimated tire life and when were they last changed?

What is the estimated brake life and when were they last changed?

Are there any current or previous recalls?

If yes, have they been addressed?

Was the car ever repainted?

If yes, why?

Is there a PPF (paint protection film) on the vehicle?

Is there a spare tire and jack?

Is there anything else you would like us to know about the vehicle?
